LOLs nm. when i extracted .rar must of corrupted. I extracted again and it didnt crash anymore.

Im having a similar problem crashes every time it starts loading. I wasnt sure who to send the dump to though so, who wants it? :)

Firing backwards hate when that happens. You should make it a stationary cannon rather then a turret like the dreadnought main cannon.

The games not working it just open a process but then does nothing and makes my computer lag a bit. Tried to end the processes and then relaunch but still nothing.

I've got a problem i've only ever moded on xp. Now im on vista and no .big extractors will work... Do you guys have a extracted version i can use? Or just tell me what .big extractors you use. I used Final Big and Spooky rat neither worked on vista...

Edit: realised Final big doesnt even work with homeworld .big files anywas why it was on a homeworld 2 modding site....

Yeah that happens you got to make it just bigger then the ship so that it doesn't block turrets Takes a lot of fine tunning also some turrents will just never work with it :) It sucks that there isnt a better way to add shields. Shields are just cool :)

edit: I'm actualy going to try play around with it on one of the ships see if i can get it to work... unlikely if you guys cant :).

There should be permanent shields available (but weak). It would have to be limited to the UNSC. Though the problem of using the home world 2 engine can be worked around by having the shield as an invisible subsystem so it hits that. Although how your going to manage to delay repair i don't know.

If you do manage all this could you send me a message telling me how you did it. I would love that :).

Edit: probably don't need to add this but the invisible subsystem is bigger then the ship so all shots hit that until its destroyed.

Does that ship have a shield?

you know what would be cool you know how you call in artilery make it that you call in a giant laser beam that kills everyone instantly no matter where they are.

hey do you know where i can get a bsa extractor can't find one that is built into a program for oblivion so it won't let me use it or one that my computer thinks is a virus.

i say you should do idea 1 and 2 merging them together like haveing lots of collossal but not too powerful. And when you kill one you gain like 5 to your max mp. Also you could add like a weapon like in shadow of the colossal where you raised it and it showed you were next collosial is but instead of raising it to the air it could be like the only weapon that harms them. As well as a bow version. But in order to get the sword you have to defeate like lots of monsters when you first pass through the gate. As well to get any further into the new world. And don't forget to make the gate a list on those flying things instead of having to walk really far.

hi maker of field here my computer dosn't seem to like moddb wouldn't let me upload files it stayed at 0 for ever and firewalls was allowing it to go through made sure of that and nothing else would block it because firewall is connected to all protection system on my computer so i uploaded it to rapidshare.

you guys want help well i can do the scripting and .wepn but one thing you guys should know is the .wepon file editing is very easy you can either do with notepad or if you don't understand what the codes are for like the first number is the speed of the weapon exc all that stuff or you can use a program that just list it so anyone can use it and i mean everyone here it is. Also i can do the hod file editing but i can't create new ship designs sorry. I can't rember if i can make the resource drop off points thoe should be able to. But things i can defiantly do is add new spots for weapons and for hod files that pretty much what i'm 100% sure i can everything else is like 80% sure like repair points exc.

But be warned i am not a professional so don't expect too much plz don't like disapointing people.
