It lags a lot to me

Found the problem. I use the GOC mod and with this configuration I had problems with the torch attachment in the primary weapons. I disabled that and I have no problems now.

Why do I lag when I use primary weapons? lol

now it works with f2 to f11 keys

What's the last version of the mod?

What do you think is the best mod between this one and red alert 3 reloaded?

The setup keep asking me if I want to update to 1.09 patch.
My command e conquer 3 tiberium wars is already patched and if I press no, the setup does nothing.
If I press yes, it does nothing either.......
My operative system is Microsoft windows 7 64 bit

My maps became all darker then the normal doom 3 and I can't see a thing!!!!!!!
