Why there is a jewish Sign on a German plane?
Germany hated jews because they were the source of all problems in the world mostly to Germany even in WWI not only WWII.

This aircraft belonged to Lieutenant D.R. Rudolf Windisch who fought for Jasta 32b in Landreville in France in September 1917. During First World War , many Jews fought alongside Germany, and 12,000 died in combat. The Jewish cross the plane may be that the own pilot was Jewish.
