The latest version is 1.47. No more countries will be added since the mod is in maintenance mode. I don't expect to add any large features to it anymore. The haydays of 2014-2018 are past us.
The AI was prone to crashing before 1.46. My friend who maintained this page stopped doing so years ago. I will update it with the new files. Do note that you can always find the latest version here: Steamcommunity.com
The highest popcap is 204 per player. In a 3v2 this would be 3x 204 vs 2x 306 though to balance it out.
Otherwise you could edit D:\Program Files (x86)\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\tgwwvpm\Data\scar\winconditions\zzannihilate-nopop_200.scar (it's a text file). Look up 204 and change it to what you like.
No, the AI cannot build trenches as that's simply not possible with the Company of Heroes AI. They do use field guns and mortars to great extend though.
I highly recommend playing the game MP with some friends.
Delete the scar file and the cheat mod works.
The empty file was added to prevent cheating in multiplayer (it causes desyncs).
Stuff that costs 99999 is disabled since it has not been reworked yet. See it as a placeholder. And you should be able to change victory conditions. Also the latest version is found here: Steamcommunity.com

Nope, AI can't build trenches and is horrible at planning.
They do know the units and can use them, as well as the abilities, just not with any real thought behind it, same as in vCoH.

i added the requirement in order to make sure 1 guy wouldnt be able to fire the mortar.

Hello Don, I like TGW and play it a lot with several friends, but we all agree on one thing, in pvp it's either british tank rush or german arty spam late game. They asked me (as I am a modder) to rework TGW and reballance it.
It would be cool to release at a submod, what do you say?
I didn't think of that and it would come with 2 problems, 1 multiplayer would become nearly impossible as everyone has his own settings and 2 it would be a massive amount of work as the new doctrine abilities replace the old ones, so in order for you to have both at once i'd have to make a whole new tree.
If you really want this, you are free to edit my mod yourself, for i don't plan to make my mod modular.
I could increase squad size, the problem would be buildings and trenches not having enough spots for the soldiers, imagine you put 50 soldiers in a house with 12 windows and each window can only provide space for 1 soldier.
With trenches there is only room for 6 men, if i'd increase squad sizes either i'd have to edit the trench models (i am not a modeller) ot i'd have to make the trenches hold like 12 persons while only 6 are usefull.

I assume your coh language is not english then...
I haven't made translations yet and have been told not to use google translate, so I'm looking for translators.
You can however get all the text in english, by renaming 'English' in
C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch\WVPM\Locale\
to your language, for example 'German' or 'Polish' (ofcourse without the ').
If you open that folder, inside is a file called WVPM.English.UCS, rename the English part same way.
This way you will get english texts all over my mod, but not in vanilla or other mods.

I tested all 4 positions with on annihilate low resources with an expert USA AI ally and in all cases they made barracks (sometimes after weapon support center).
Also they made an extra engi squad.
What difficulty did you use for your AI ally?
