For attention to detail you could localize the effect near hardpoints that burn after getting shot to bits and then when the ships deathclone breaks apart the damage inflicted outside will look like it had an effect inside as well. Just a thought, but spectacular work as always. PS do the animations occur that quickly or were they sped up for the sake of the demonstration?

This reminds me of z3r0x's FOC add-on with the option for CIS ships to be built on certain worlds. I like it. Actually now that I think of it your mod reminds me of it a lot but much better looking

Those are awesome, missile frigates with some bite I've always wanted a sort of siege platform for hitting SSD's and space stations with and these certainly seem to fit the bill. The art-style is also strutting it's stuff really well here, the almost pixel shaded borderlands look means this mod while still looking awesome may not be as graphic intensive as some of the other mods elegant yet practical, you I like you.

Hull looks about right to be a Mediator, the pointy bow kinda gives it away. Gawdamn that's a lot of pew pew

We may yet see the importance of certain worlds and have particle effects and ambient effects now take place along with the galactic map. Say for example the Vong Vongform a world, now the galaxy-map will show the effects of it and for heavily industrialized worlds can show the effects. That's what I have off the top of my head but I'm sure we'll all be pleasantly surprised (you guys should trademark that) Damn they beat me to the punch, by like 30 seconds too.

Oh man this is awesome. I've been watching your playthrough on YouTube and I gotta say, from what I've seen in that playthrough this demo is going to be a ton of fun.

This is an amazing display of talent on the part of the team. This isn't just a mod anymore it's an overhaul, and if this is even close to what the finished product looks like, the years of waiting with baited breath will have been more than worth it. FOR THE EMPIRE!!!
