How do i get the custom portraits that are actual art and not CK2 faces?

please please please bring a ww1 scenario start date it would be so fun trying to win ww1 with the germans and then arounsd the 1925 times a event where hitler comes to power could happen and then it could all lead to ww2

this mod gets me exited to know there are still great modders putting hard work into vic 2 and i wanted to let you know im going to be here for the whole of the development :)

Will there be a GoG patch for this as many of us have GoG versions of the game (1.83)
