Answers to your questions:

1) WebCamGameLRTrackerSetting - why the program is slow to start?

- A forced delay of 3 seconds is set. This is necessary to upload the video stream from the webcam to the program. (Usually any camera and PC have time to sync during this time).

2) WebCamGameLRTracker - The program didn't give an error, but I don't see it.

- The program is minimized to the tray at startup. Seek for the program icon in the lower right corner of the screen. Double click opens the program window.
