Be sure you run the game in dx9 and client 1.3.
If servers are grey it's because you don't run the same version or you are in dx10 and servers in dx9.

This kind of freeze is related to the HDD i guess.

I have a ssd and an old uncleaned HDD: on the ssd, never freeze, on the hdd, i have some freeze.

Try to unfragment your HDD maybe.

Strange

Try to look in your registry if you have a key "ERGC", look if your serial is correct, then copy it and delete the key.

Then enter it if the game ask for it.

Wow men i'l always impressed by the way you use the bf2 engine. On the 2 last screens, it's impossible to say it's BF2 engine. The ambiant light of this map is really good.
