I am a big fan of Command and Conquer Generals and Zero Hour. I love modifying those games for fun.
The eight Cosmic Crystals are based on the seven Chaos Emeralds of Sonic's universe but play a much greater role in my story. Duchess guards them to prevent villains from misusing them. Each crystal has a unique appearance, controls an element and represents a virture.
1. Diamond: white brilliant cut shape (i.e., cone shape), light, love
2. Aquamarine: turquoise drop, water, peace
3. Sapphire: blue inverted triangle, lightning, hope
4. Amethyst: purple rhombus, time, intelligence.
5. Emerald: green pentagon, wind, independence.
6. Topaz: yellow hexagon, earth, determination.
7. Ruby: red heptagon, fire, passion.
8. Rose Quartz: pink heart, nature, happiness.
Just like the gems they are based on, they do grant invincibility if all eight are used together.
