This is more of a realistic zombie game.It isn't a typical stiff slow moving zombie, half naked, and gutted. It is more realistic. Also a note that the infection is in Three Stages. Not all infected have torn clothes.This one obviously doesn't, and she's proceeding towards the second stage. Primarily this is just the concept for the character artist. As you look at the Stalker the concept doesn't have a torn stomach but the model does.

Yes there are some free roam to the game. Its not completely Linear. The longer you take the more people get infected.
