I am aware of that, if you had read my question a little bit more carefully you would’ve understood that I was talking about making a wallpaper of the CSO (not in game) along with the in-game ships.
So I’m gonna assume your answer is a no.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but if you scout out the covenant systems and find their titan factory, it's most likely that their titan has stopped building, and the AI often waits to undertake any actions while their titan is constructed. Blow up their frozen titan and I'm pretty sure they'll wake up. (Forgot to log in)
