1. you need to change the animations of the models to those from HLDM, as the Sven Co-op animations conflict with the HLDM set.
2. where did you see something offensive in the models? most of them are still used in this game today.
3. in fact, you didn't do any work at all, just moved the "player" folder from SC, didn't even change the animations.

why you just don't make your own project with your own campaign, map pack, etc? nobody likes parasitism on originals (especially when most assets are simply stolen without any improvement and changes).
but you still can learn how to mapping, modelling, etc, if you'll delve into it.
I believe that you can succeed if you stop trying to make all these "Realistic Definitions", "Revisions", etc, and start making something truly your own. at least simply map for Half-Life or Sven Co-op.

зачем делать отдельную страницу в ModDB для, по сути, модель-пака, и помечать это как "Redux-версию"? это глупо и тупо.
ты, по факту, не делаешь ничего откровенно нового, используя старые наработки и просто помещаешь всё в один архив. можно было просто это как аддон куда-нибудь залить.

Лично я полагаю, что мод вылетает из-за ограничений движка, либо из-за перегрузки разного дерьма (в т.ч. и эффектов). Лично я такое наблюдал от силы раза 2-3 за всю игру.
FX - это разного рода визуальные эффекты (в данном случае, это частицы, дым и т.д.). Можно попробовать поэкспериментировать с ними (да и в целом с графикой), отключая пока не перестанет вылетать.

да и у меня лично вылеты были крайне редко (и то только в главе "Водная преграда", когда вертолёт поносил ебучими бомбами, скорее всего, движок не выдерживает такого наплыва разного дерьма), а с сюжеткой нет проблем.
освещение - да, модеры явно переборщили с ним (скорее всего, тут дело в самом движке т.к. я до этого такое сто раз наблюдал в каком-нибудь гаррис моде). но, в остальном, мод очень хорош.

так а если не нравится, то почему ты не можешь сам взять и поменять модельки оружия собственными руками? вон, в дискорде аддоны пилят и заменяют разные пушки на более-менее подходящие (для них, по крайней мере)

Original HL models doesn't have same features as a SC models like a grunts with a new weapons (M16, RPG, Sniper Rifle), etc.
