yeah, it couldn't be taking this long just for characters. remember, he is probably going to update the desk man's dialogue. my personal guess is that he's going to make these characters secret, meaning you have to do a challenge or find them on the over world. another guess of mine is he is updating the over world so that whoever is your first party member is the one you see walking around.
