Survive the Fortress Devlog #4

Hello everyone!

In this week we developed our Game Mockup. For the UI, it displays how much hp the character has as well as how many bullets you have left. It also alerts you when the enemy has your character in his radar.

The character and the enemy will probably receive changes in looks and the same will go for the assets, since this is just the mockup and level design.

Now talking about level design, we are still working on that because we couldn't visit the actual place, but we will try to resolve it by next week and it will be confirmed next week about how it will look like with some mechanics prototypes!

Hey!

We're Fly Penguin Studio and we are a group of 3 undergraduate students working on a 2D game project which we will be posting about on this page.

Game Designer - Simão Bercial

Game Artist - Rita Mata

Game Programmer - Diogo Nicolau

Our project is going to be a 2D Top-down stealth dungeon crawler and this game will be set in the first World War in the Portuguese archipelago of Madeira.

This game will be featuring:

  • Immersive Storytelling
  • Lore-Driven Collectibles
  • Ranged combat
  • Stealth
