Hey , when i scan the EXE on virus total 6 vendor says it malicius and 1 of them says it has a worm in it , is it a false positive ?

Hey , when i downloaded this and check the EXE on virustotal it says the exe ways malicius and has a worm in it , is it true ? or just a false positive ?
