As you can tell by the Profile Header, I am a huge fan of Hatsune Miku, in fact anything Anime/Japanese. The only programming languages I know are Java, assembly, and a little c/c++, and I intend on learning others soon. I am also the person in charge of Dingo Studios.

Hello Everyone!

FloppidyDingo Blog

About Us:

First off, I am renaming this Indie development team (myself and anyone who volunteers) to Dingo Studios. Here is how I will work:

I will have one main project and one mini project at a time. The main project will be a large game with lots of effort put on, and will be made by a team of volunteers until I get a more permanent team going. The mini project will be a short game, and will be made by me alone. It will mostly be for training my coding skills. For the mini game, expect anything to come out, from fan games to games that will make one go WTF.

To prevent conflict, I will only work on the mini game when I am waiting on some resources to finish for the main game.

Joining Dingo Studios: If you wish to take part in a main project, email me at 2014jamesjackson@gmail.com to ask for a request. Any skill level is welcome, from beginning student to top professional. Just don't expect to get paid, at least for now since I am a minor. I will consider any placement, from artist to sound person to assistant programmer, to even an entertainer (much like a cheerleader for a sports team). I will accept people from any region, speaking any language (Google translate is our friend). I will rarely turn down an opportunity, so you are almost guaranteed to become part of the team as long as you are hard working and patient. And you don't have to sell your soul to us, if for any reason you want out of the team, let me know and you're home free, no hard feelings (just try not to leave in the middle of a big project).

Our games: The main games that come out of here will be made with one thing in mind: quality. We've all had our fair share of rushed disappointments, full of overlooked glitches and poorly made concepts. I strive to make sure those nuisances are non-existent in our games. I take suggestions, so if you have an idea for a game you would like to see, let us know! Who knows, we may pick it as our the next big thing. If you would like to make a contribution to a project, but don't want to join the team, just send us your work and we'll make sure you get the recognition you deserve. Plus, as of now, all our games will be free since again I'm only a minor.

Our First Release:

Our first game is a Japanese style horror game called Hundred Souls. Since it's not complete enough to post it here as an actual game, I'll just announce here. Hundred Souls is based in Aokigahara, Japan. It is about a teenage girl, named Aiko, and her brother, named Hiroshi. Hiroshi, who was a victim of a fatal car accident, is about to die in the hospital. He is Aiko's one and only brother, and he has always been there for her. Aiko isn't ready to let him go. So she makes a deal with a spirit, that if she releases 100 souls trapped in Aokigahara, then her brother will be spared. But Aoki soon realizes that her journey will become much more difficult than she expected. And there will be blood. For now, that's all you guys really need to know. But keep an eye for any updates, and look out for our mini game. Expect content to be posted soon.
