Aw man, my fault... these flags are Yellow - Red, but they are not Germany... actually, i take the photo from wikipedia, and now i see the error :/

yes, all teams have unique uniform and equipment of specialized squad (like USMC -> USA, 427 SOAS -> Canada or Spetsnaz GRU - Russia)
