If you're looking for UDK February 2014 release, you won't find it on Epic's websites (at least I couldn't). However, I did subscribe to mailing list and got the download link in e-mail when it was released a month or so ago.

It's intended to work with UT3, not UDK. Maybe I shouldn't have added UDK to related engines. It checks for default files which come with UT3, so it won't work with UDK in this version.
With all these new mods, UT3 is going to be THE greatest game, once when mods come out... Like Rein said, UT3 isn't sprint, it's marathon...
I can't wait for this... It's worh 2 yrs waiting, as for every UT mod. UT mods could be sold like games for their own... They are frequently better that games that you would buy in store...
