I myself love a fanfiction made about Saruman and the blue wizards, made by Rob Rastrop, here is the link (i hope you like it, not saying to made it as in the fanfiction, but just for fun purposes :D ) :
1. As I have to adept the storytelling to the objects that I have available, all of it is custom made. From what I see at the link you added, that fanfiction is incompatible with mine, as I'm using unvisited places far in the east, to avoid some problems.
2. If someone is willing to reskin him, or I have time myself, that would be possible. But currently he only appears in the intro, so it isn't really worth it.
3. Basically everything will be modified, but the focus of the map will be more on quests and decisions, than on fights.
