The infinite fire stop working every time i go out and enter the building again. The timer start going down again, so does not burn out immediately. So is not "Exactly" like Grey Mother's fire. Is this intended?

Maybe thats becouse you are using both options? try with only one at a time

Yes. Do not teleport to another location/zone.. Teleport only in the current location. Like teleporting from Mistery Lake, to Furlong Muskeg. Also do not teleport if you are inside a building/to a building.
I follow these rules and never had problem with the save editor. Hope helpped.
