Can I play it without having Half Life and its episodes?

Do we need any source game like Half Life 2 or its episodes to run this game? I asked because I just have Source SDK Base 2007.

This is a big download. So before download, I want to ask if I need any source engine game? I mean will it run with just Source SDK Base 2007 or/and 2013?

I am unable to go through first red laser door. I pressed both buttons on right and left but nothing happened. They didn't turn green.
