Agreed. Stay away from those crappy new pokemon. Stick to the classic 151, then move on through silver and golds new pokemon if you guys ever get that far along.

You should put the quarantine area closer to the gate room. Doesnt make sense to bring a possibly infected person around through the facilities crowded hallways to get to it and risk possible further infection.
