The European Federation was formed under the leadership and strength of British Prime Minister George DuGalle. How he obtained power is unknown, and when it did happen, most people were suprised.
His story begins in Cardiff, in a young Middle-Class family in the early 1950's. Born with Aspergers syndrome(Form of Austism) he was relatively slow in communication and speech. His words occasionally rolled over each other and at times he said the same thing continously in different sentences. He had very few friends and had to work twice as hard as any of the other students just to keep up.
He never gave up, though, and slowly transformed his disadvantage into an advantage. As he grew, he became more and more intelligent and wise. He took interest in politics, but not the bickering and infighting. He served the people and that was all. However, as the years passed by, he grew to dispise the current political ambitions of some many others. He wanted it changed, and rule book of Politics and Military ripped apart, so to begin anew.
Several of his colleagues agreed, a few joined him in the political area. While, others in the Military. The power of the Military was far below inadaquete, George considered. He wanted the army to change, not through the use of droids or clones, however, but through the rapid advancement of Technology. Different Technology, that few know today.
