How to install this mod ?

I tried to build Warship and Cog in every harbour and all port masters dont have skill and resources to do that even Greyjoy and Bravvos (gigantic Port with ship on Banner) is it bugged ? And can you guys repair that ? Also when i killed any lord all factions hates me and gives me war can you fix this ?

And can you guys make better camp and better player settlement i mean second tier to be bigger and have better defenses flanks or tower

And add game of thrones opening for to bard songs

I check every harbour except kings landing because i cant find port master there, and in every port when i want buiuld large Galley or Cog shipwirth or port master dont have skill or resources

I know i need to build them in harbours but i need to know in what
harbour city i can build them i tryied in nearly all harbour cities and shipwirth always say he dont have skill to build large Ships
