Well i tried something that somebody said in the comment field. Which was coping a non steam company of heroes folder to my steam folder and it worked. But i dicoverd that after i had installed the lastest patch 1.017 the units ingame ****** up. Its hard to explain but there was like 10 gray long squares that came out of all units which ****** up the screen

Yeah i get it too if you mean "the procedure entry point_ lua _ type@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library Luaconfig.dll.".

Does anyone know how to fix this? Please really want to play this game asap :)
