Will there be by any chances the Ha-Noi map during the first stages of war against the French Forces? (I believe it was in the 1946)

I have some questions.
1. Will you upload this mod on steam workshop?
2. Will there be randomised faces?
3. Will there be a revolutionary units of France?
4. Will you add like iconic characters for example : For France Napoleon
: For Britain Wellingon etc.
