When it comes to the Battle for Middle-earth games, I am the maker of the Easterling faction for each one. That said, I have made extensive amounts of undeniable progress towards this end goal.
The structure that recruits fencing and spear infantries in my Easterling Sub-faction for Age of the Ring's Mordor and in my Easterling Faction for plain ole Battle for Middle-earth. Again, that guy is an assortment of Age of the Ring unit model parts made for the Sub-faction's version of the Engineer, or builder unit.
The Hall of Blades trains Steppe Nomad spearmen and Khandish warriors at all ranks, Red Dragon swordsmen and phalanxes starting at Rank 2, and Black Dragon battle-axemen and pole-axemen only at Rank 3.
P.S. - Red Dragon Easterlings are the brass-armored Easterlings from the Two Towers and Return of the King films, while Black Dragon Easterlings are an elite version of them created by Games Workshop for their tabletop miniature game.
