From a geological point of view you'd want to have a shallower top (so the right one), try making the sides of the volcano top follow the angle of the mountain too. One feature also I'd recommend just for a terrain feature, is maybe have a clear defined channel coming from one side of the peak, with the remnants of a previous eruption and lava flow?
