No, it doesn't work like that. Notice projects like OpenKrush or OpenE2140 or anything other you pass by, are done by people who like the original game or thing. You can't make some randoms to do stuff, unless it's paid. Which is out of the question.
Anyway, this is getting off-topic. Enjoy OpenE2140 ;-)

Me and IceReaper would love to but there are major blockers. It is unclear who owns Dark Colony and if we look at past developers and publishers, then there's a chance it's owned by Take-Two which owns for example Rockstar. They are known for not liking such fan projects.
Another blocker is that the game is no longer sold, that wouldn't be a big issue on its own, but the above reason makes it too risky, for example shipping assets or even making them downloadable from other source.
And last but not least, no actual person who could do C# coding. IceReaper has no longer time for OpenRA in general (with some exceptions here and there). If you are recreating any other RTS game in ORA engine, then comprehensive knowledge of ORA codebase and C# language is required.
So as Ice wrote, he already RE'ed game containers and he already prepared asset loaders for OpenRA, so even if you ignore first two blockers, a potential coder could grab what IceReaper started and continue it.
You can buy it from GoG, Steam or Zoom Platform.

I see the problem. Looks like BuildGDX checks the checksum of SOUNDS.RFS which is ridiculous. Nothing I can do, it's up to M210, the creator of BuildGDX.
I informed him about this, but it's unknown when this will be fixed.

Yeah, it's very likely that the other zip is interrupting. Sadly, Eduke32 doesn't handle loading more than one zip from autoload folder. You'd have to combine all zip addons into one zip as long as you know what you're doing.
Because slimer eggs, pig tanks and sentry drones are in fact disabled by default, you have to manually uncomment those in DEF script to load them.
ChozoGhost89
"Voxels" option only shows up when at least one voxel is loaded. This suggests you didn't load the zip correctly.
Nice! Gonna play try it soon! And it's a new reason to replay all levels.

Thanks. Sadly, not everything was found and this pack really relied on the upscaling. Some sounds might still feel muffled, some might feel better. The only sounds which I almost didn't touch were The Voice ones since they belong to Bloodbath. Although Death Wish addon uses some of them, I decided to not overengineer them.
Nevertheless, I've been using it that mod of mine for some time and I do like how everything sounds together.

Blood HQ sound pack was released :-).
NaliSeed
I just released HQ sound pack for Blood :).
SweetRamona
There's one for SW already which I maintain now. I am planning to put it on Moddb some day: Github.com
As for Redneck Rampage, I never planned making voxel pack for it.
Muleke_Trairao
Updated this pack again, apparently 44 kHz sounds are supported by vanilla SW game, which was a big suprise to me. Thus ports VoidSW and BuildGDX support this pack to some extend (limited support to addons, sadly).
VOCs are correctly loaded by Raze, so it can be used in the latest version.
EDIT: Or maybe vanilla DOS SW downsamples 44 kHz sounds to 22 kHz... I can't really tell the difference somehow. Might be also port dependent.
Muleke_Trairao
Moddb adds such suffix whenever you update the download link and when the name of zip is exactly the same.
Yes, it was updated, added missing Master Lee sounds, updated some upscaled sounds and 4 extra sounds are based on actual sources now. But in general, nothing major.

Thanks for the report, I confirm it doesn't work in ver 1.8.1. Let me issue a ticket to Raze devs.

There's file named README in the package you downloaded but I do understand it might not be that obvious. However, there's also exactly the same information in the file's description:

Did you follow the installation guide properly?
eqagunn
I did consider that, yes. But that's more work than you think it is. The only enemy I made fully "smooth" is a Stormtrooper from Dark Forces game. I used "DAIN_APP Alpha" to interpolate sprites and then I manually edited imperfections. That was a lot work and it's not something I consider doing for Blood. But... as the saying goes, never say never.
eqagunn
Yeah, they will be done when I have time for them.
Tleno
No. They're just indestructible props. I just polished them, added shadows, added extra sprites, so high walls became fully usable for mappers.
Alix_D
This mod is compatible with Raze. It has to be installed exactly the same way as for other ports.
yiserog
Just drag&drop; it on Dosbox.exe and press specific keys on the launcher to install desired weapons. Keep in mind that versions > 4.0 are designed for DOS/DOSBOX.
Cataflexia
Cool, but I am not interested in making voxel weapons anyway.
itaranto
Technically speaking yes, but there will be conflicts like both packs replace shared voxels. You'd have to manually figure out which ones are shared and comment them out, either in this pack or Coagulated's one. If you don't do it, the mods will work together, just voxels will be mixed in some way.
zproxy
This pack was never meant to be used for DOS Blood. I believe it can work in DOS to some degree, but animated voxels wouldn't work.
minigunner_ali
Hi, version 4.3 won't be compatible because it's a hack of Blood.exe. Well, I am not sure if 3.5 can be directly supported as it requires DOSBOX to install weapons. In theory you could do that in PC and then move modified files to your phone, a bit bothersome way, but it should work. Otherwise I have no intentions doing anything on this, sorry.
bak
The progress is super slow, I've got not the same motivation as I used to have.
ACE1918
Hey! It's very unlikely to happen as IceReaper user would have to reverse engineer game asset containers for me and I am not so experienced with that game either. But as some say, never say never.
Eugenei
Most likely no. This mod hacks exe to get desired effects. And the 2nd author moved to development of XMAPEDIT for Blood.
