Capital ships probably wouldn't look too pretty in actuality, there's no need for any aerodynamics as they won't be going in-atmosphere and squared-off designs are much easier to build, so more likely.

This is what I'd be most interested in, I like having allies to blame :D Loving the beta by the way, and thoroughly looking forward to more single-player content.
You always can bet on Duke.
About the construction crane - I agree that the animations are sufficiently good, but perhaps a retex of it to fit in a little better?
Epic win. The child-rape by panda is edgy, it does have to be said.
Damn, my C&C3 disc has broken. Guess no MEC for me :(
If I understand it correctly, relief mapping is basically a more accurate but more expensive version of parallax occlusion mapping, right? Bearing this in mind, what sort of performance hit does the use of relief mapping bring to the table?
I truly adore the art style for this game and I absolutely applaud you on that - it is incredibly refreshing amidst the sea of grey-brown shooters. Anyway, I have two questions: Will it be on Steam? and Will there be a demo?
I ask this primarily because many people I know who I believe would like a game like this simply will not buy games except from Steam or in a retail box, and it is much easier to convince them to buy an indie title if there is a stunning demo for it. Anyway, I wish you the very best of luck with the title.
The Marksmanship skill in Oblivion is an example of a working combination of the two - you can have a daedric bow, daedric arrows and have a max marksmanship skill, but it is you who has to account for arrow drop over range and target movement. Of course, it could be more difficult (wind, weather effects etc), but it does require some skill.
This is really pretty damn good, not my perfect racer, but damn near it. If you found a way to let us build our own cars then it would be even closer though.
I acknowledge that the toes must go upward to avoid tripping - a particularly larger concern for walker vehicles like this, which could not self-right, but, as you said, it happens too fast, so perhaps they could be slowed and the 'toes' go up a little less, as at the moment is appears they are reaching a height just above the 'ankle'.
Are there any plans for a single player campaign? Equally, will there be full bot support for offline or co-operative play? Looks great though, I know a few people who are intending to buy UT3 for this.
Superb, pretty much flawless.
When you say the first release will be for base sins, will it be for the latest patch, or will I have to un-patch my game?
I'm loving this mod, but was wondering: is there any intention to add a single player campaign or even just bots to the multiplayer component to allow those with a less reliable internet connection access to your work. I would personally like either or preferably both of those things to be implemented, though I recognise that doing so would take a considerably amount of time, especially the addition of a campaign. It may be worth thinking about seriously though, as would ironsights.
Just my thoughts, Decho.
An interesting concept and, as such, a mod I will be tracking. I wish you the best of luck.
Nice, my only reservation is the disparity between the lumbering gait of the mech as a whole, and the rapid motion of the feet - where the 'digits' flick back into place. In any case, nicely done.
I've bought UT3 just for this :D
I am pretty keen on what I've seen of the game so far, my only gripe being with the available resolutions. Is there any possibility of future versions supporting higher resolutions, and widescreen ones (I use 1680x1050). Even if this meant doing what people did with the original fallouts and increasing the area being viewed without increasing the resolution of anything there it would be much appreciated. In any case, a great game, well done.

Hello I am Dynamic Echo. I am studying for my A-levels currently with a view to studying Physics at University. I am something of an avid gamer, to a slightly worrying extent in fact, and am looking into moving onto modding from my relatively limited work making maps for a variety of games.
