Did you put the actual lunardescent folder into the sourcemods file? When you unzip it there is a lunardescent folder - opening it up you will see a 2nd lunardescent folder & a read me file.
You need to move this 2nd lunardescent file into the sourcemods file rather than the top level one.

Oh I found the fix for it.
Basically you need to change the SteamAppId in the file gameinfo.txt to 215
