Love the mod so far. Really impressed to be honest.
This looks great. Goodluck and cant wait to play it.
Augmentations are coming :D Businessinsider.com
Why? Dont these attacks result in its curfew?
They probably put a site and moddb version because they knew people are "intelligent" enough to figure out a work around. If they did want to "lock" Revision they would't provide these versions.
You're talking about the HDTP character models? They can be disabled.
That bug happened once for me when I was testing. Tried to recreate it but couldn't quite manage. Don't let yourself give a bad impression just because of a silly bug.
Okay so I figured I might aswell ask this question here.
Can someone politely tell me what's so wrong with this mod, APART how release was handled?
People got mad over this Steam thing mostly. There are actual issues though so all negativity can't just be ignored.
Nevertheless, Revision is a great mod and I am forever grateful for such a project.

I wonder if and how the reviews would change if Revision wouldn't have been released through Steam...?
Oh? What's that...? They would change? For the better? ...Really?
Oh.
:>
Yes, if you haven't played from start to finish you can NEVER conclude 100% that it's a good or bad mod.
Slightly concerned on the bad reviews. Apparently someone who played the mod for 0.3 hours can judge the mod and the review is classified helpful.
Oh if it isn't MonarchX ;)
Yeah I'm hoping the reviews will change for the better. I'm sure they will.
I suggest you contact the team so they could help you out and clarify some things, if need be. Dx-revision.com
Sometimes I'm really not sure if you're being sarcastic or not xD
I'm not good with words or explaining for that matter, but let's just say I've found it extremely hard to return to vanilla Deus Ex. So to say, I returned to the original and found myself saying "What?! That isn't in the original?"
Settings > Game Options > Gameplay style
Once you change your gameplay style your saves will be restarted.
So let's say you are currently playing with the default gameplay style and made a few saves. If you change to shifter, you will lose your current saves and will need to replay the game. If you decide you wish to change back to the default, you can do so and will find your previous saves.
Hope I explained myself clearly.
