It's supposed to change the colors, deleting the reshade.exe won't do anything, you have to run the .exe again and uninstall reshade that way.

Germany keyboards always break, try using a virtual keyboard, make sure reshade is installed properly

As long as the main effects in the reshade work it's fine

6GB VRAM, 16GB RAM, 6 CPU cores should do fine

Lite edition doesn't add much, full version adds some
