They will come sooner or later, the mod itself has only been in progress for about a month, and lightsabers will be a totally different animation set to make so that may not be available for a couple months

it's actually just a steam/gog issue, when they introduced multiplayer it changed the limits on skydome objects, you CAN still play it with any other version or download the NO DVD Modtools debugger

thank you although i dont deserve all the credit, most of these are adapted from my scarif map, which so the textures were tiles that were edited from the original photography of the people at burningwell.org

It requires a lot of custom animation and geometry knowledge, both of which are not exactly common in the modding community

thank you, don't expect much from the initial release though :) the first release will probably be a animation / character / game mechanics testing world, and then a full map will be available once vehicles / ground to space work is complete

I actually have a clone, the original template I made that everything else was made off used a phase 1 clone, I only used GCW as my starting point because droids will require a second animation bank created.

My basic idea is i'll start with 1 GCW map, then do a Sequel trilogy era map, then go back to clone wars, that way i can kind of only have to worry about 1 animation bank at a time.

thanks, it'll still be a bit before something is downloadable and playable outside the modding community but figured this would help draw more eyes to the project while we wait.

Unfortunately this was designed and released before the Steam/Gog multiplayer update, if you want to play use the noDVD debug executable, or a CD/DVD version. Whatever the heck Steam/Gog did during their update a few years back kind of killed compatibility.

No problem if your interested we discovered the map still works with every exe except steam and gog. If you download the nodvd debug executable you can still run the map in debug mode

Sorry but because of how dependant this was on the original 1.3 patch I cannot gaurentee compatibility with steam or gog versions. I am working on a compatibility patch now expect this to take a while as I basically have to rebuild most of the map to make sure it loads.

No point in getting worked up. To a degree he’s not in the wrong. Several bugs were expected as it was an alpha release. Unfortunately due to life circumstances I had fallen behind on the project.

He is entitled to express his opinion how he pleases.
Besides; I do all this work for free, as a hobby for me, putting it online is a perk for others and criticism and harassment is simply part of job.

They may make an appearance after revisions are made to base assault game modes; I'm not sure yet. Either way we will see the final versions of both of the maps before the third maps release; progress may seem slow I just moved into a new place so I won't be able to upload for a few weeks but expect a massive update

I can try, because of how some of the game modes work it may be difficult to make them online compatible, and due to the level of detail in cargo zone I don't think it will be possible to make it online compatible, I may try to release smaller scale maps to work online (online compatibility will mean lower resolution player models and vehicles less foliage and restrictions on game modes, so I may have to make separate maps for online)

Yeah as CdtFox said... Don't use Scarif: Imperial Landing Zones cover art for your mod. Please change the maps icon and cover art as you do not have my permission nor should you be using photos from other maps to advertise your content.

Jyns face is literally the stock leia texture I just warped the model to match the texture. Krennic a face is made from a picture of a toy . The third map is scarif citadel complex which will be ground to space.

Thanks guest; try to turn anti aliasing off and vsync off if your having issues flying up. It works on my system but some other computers have this issue; I'm not sure what's causing this but lowering your settings seems to help. Some people may also notice if they have shadows enabled the terrain turns black then a few seconds later the game crashes this seems to be system based as well.
