This would be awesome for the XNA/XBox Live Indie Games devs who want a PC platform service to push to. I can imagine a c# binding for those APIs being very, very useful!
Great news guys!

Great news guys!
For what it's worth, I'm working on a Xbox Live Indie Games version of Wheels of war, which has been in development for several months. Limited information is available at Level13games.co.uk
Would you rather it spawned immediately after the start of a game, or randomly without any relevance to the skill of either teams?
If your interested in proposing another method, there is a thread on the TGT forums where we can discuss it :)
For those interested, 'Ammo Used' is probably more like 'Ammo Conservation', as is with health. So the 'green' team conserved more ammo, and therefore got a higher percentage than red.
Sorry guys. Development has pretty much stopped.
Personally for me, i'm looking to see what Rage has to offer in terms of modding capability to see if we can revive the effort we put into this. But just now, development for ETQW has ceased.
DIPRIP is very different from us, see the various comments on our profile for that :)
Optimus skulls does look mean. Theres a bug on the slipgate map which means he gets stuck in the terrain when teleported to antarctica, so best not to use it on that map! Supposedly if you reverse through the slipgate it works, though :D
Thanks for the awesome compliment, we're trying hard to get everything we want in, but dont want to leave it long between releases, hence 0.2!
Nice one, tis a good review.

ETQW is awesome! :D
You have a point, but then again one could say the review is to get a mod's name out there, to grab player attention and bring more people to the community. Its not fair to go on a new mod, which has enough features to do a decent review, if there were say 16 players on the server, but instead give it a damning one because the community was only in its infancy. No one likes playing on a server with no one else, when the whole point is for it to be quite busy :)
thats great :)
To all server admins: We really need a north american server. If you could help us, please get in touch.
Thanks for the comment, it means a lot to us that people enjoy it!
The podcast should stay as a podcast, I usually listen to it while devving, or at work, etc. Making it a video would complicate this.
More reviews would be good of course, but i think reviews need to be conducted in a different way from usual. Concentrating on smaller mods, and more non-hl2 mods would be great (a general comment) - and get in touch with the devs beforehand. Some mods (like my own) need lots of players on a server for it to get near to the style of gameplay we are after - and i guess if someone was to just join one of our tiny set of servers, which are empty most of the time, the gameplay experience would be totally lost. As most of these mods are still in dev, it needs to be a 'to the future' type review, of what the team are trying to do, so organising it so there could be lots online at that point would be a plus.
As being someone on the end of one of these emails, I can confirm this is what happens :)
There is only 1 server up atm in .de - 0.2 is 'officially' released later today (even if you can still download already), so by tonight we should have more hopefully! :)
nice work audi!
I had fun playing with it at GDC, was awesome, although I sucked at it:(
really nice update there peeps.
You never know, as with Quake3 if ETQW in time becomes open source we could make a stand alone version, but that is way out there in the future! :)
Alpha 2! Zombies! more maps! more cars! more carnage! woot! :)
Heh, had we known of this I would have delayed our release a couple of days :)
I'm not really keen about scans appearing on moddb, its a bit of a grey area.
Aha, yes I can use the style attributes on paragraphs. Excellent idea, thanks again!
Great work guys, one thing ive noticed is that the editor has been integrated into the mod page update page as well, but the HTML edit pane seems to remove many tags, for instance the table ones. I'm scared to update my mods description in case I loose the tables I added in to give columns: I.e Moddb.com
