ignore the part about the bug with pdas, it turns out that was the perk system I didn't know about.

Idk why but every where I fast traveled to loners would always be agroed on me, even if my relation with them was friendly or neutral.

Do you have to take a pda to a specific trader to decode it or can you yourself decode it with a tool?

There's is a bug when you click on a non-cracked pda that's near the sleeping bag and slowly pull to the sleeping bag (in your inventory), it
will open both the pda UI and the sleeping bag UI.

ROH has been under development for quite some time now. Will be there, soon, and enactment of the ROH release or global beta release, and can we know what will be the system requirements?

ROH is going to be able to go into multiplayer(I'm guessing) but how will the multiplayer actually even work, since Gamespy is down. Will ROH use an already made "channel" to link onto stalker and make multiplayer happen again, or will ROH develop a new way of making multiplayer happen?
