I keep getting this error

not sure why I am not a coder and really cant see what is wrong with this code line

Currently I live on the west coast of the U.S. I am patiently trying to learn C++ which is like banging your head on ...... anyways I am currently working on a mod which I will post up as soon as I get my concepts and a small demo complete.
