This is *exactly* how Japanese subways are laid out, down to the placement of the benches, trash cans, materials on the floor, maps on the wall... they've done a marvelous job.

Its the musical term that the mod is named for (and the logo inspired from).
The reason for the name will become more apparent as the gameplay gets closer to completion in futher updates.
Hey thanks, our music is all written and performed by a good friend of mine James Whitman. Theres a ton more where the trailer's theme came from and in the next version you'll see us finally integrating more of the songs into the actual game.

Hey Daystranger thanks for the feedback. I'd be interested to hear some more specific criticism on the particular things that bother you about the models, maybe some examples of other models that do those things better. I try to split my time between working on new models and bringing the old ones up to snuff, so advice would be appreciated.
Yeah, we agree with you on the blood.
I plan to give the sword strike hit detection, death animations and effects an overhaul in the next release... its definitely the most common criticism so far. I made that particular effect very early on and just got used to it and forgot how out of place it feels :)

Are you on the PS3 or PC? If you are on PC and have custom characters installed, please move the folders out of the Published folder before you play. What appears to be a crash is actually Coda trying to generate shaders for all your custom characters, which it will never use. We understand that this sucks, and are working on a fix now.
If you experience what appears to be a crash on your first time playing Coda, and you have custom characters install, don't panic. Coda will lock up for a moment while it creates shader files for these characters and then resume once this is complete. You can avoid this delay by moving your custom characters out of the UTGame\Published directory before playing Coda. We understand this sucks and it will be fixed in the next version.
We have discovered a problem with UT3 custom characters crashing this version of Coda. If you have custom characters installed for UT3, please move the folders out of the Published folder before you play. We understand that this sucks, and are working on a fix now.
Yeah some of the characters and effects have emissive channels. In the second picture, the character has charged his sword with Earth magic, which creates floaty rocks :-)
I've noticed that servers can hide from you in the browser in a few ways.
Make sure you have "View full/empty" servers ticked just so even if they are full, you can still see that they are there.
Make sure you refresh for both Deathmatch and TeamDeathmatch game types. Right now it can be kind of quirky about filtering game types...
Theres also an AutoUpdater included that downloads and installs the latest version with the click of a button ;-)
