Description
A Photoshop test to work with some filters, I did not draw all of this however I did large amount of image editing and collecting or resources (this was used so that I could reference it as a sketch which I most post later.) It took about an hour and a half total and Im very pleased with the results.
Im in love :D
You should make the tips of the wings at the top sharp
