Adds Hungarian, Slovenian, Bosniak, Serb, Croatian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian and Polish as accepted cultures. Inherit Hungary and Slavic Dominion. Both must be in SoI, Austria-Hungary must be a great power. Must be after 1930.
JAPAN:
'Accept the Koreans' - Adds Korean as an accepted culture. Ruling party must be either Liberal or Socialist. -5 infamy, +1 militancy in Japanese pops, -1 militancy in Korean pops."
