Agrippa's corpse was not the only dead body that disappeared, most of the corpses that were in the original maps did as well- And those would also be the enemies you encounter.
You can acquire some special items in Chancel and Morgue in order to take the Orb from the Pedestal in Chancel.
The Orb can be later used in Upper Hallways after solving a hidden lever puzzle.

Thank you for your kind words. I do agree with the endings; I'm very pleased how all of them turned out, but not that pleased with the way you achieve them gameplay-wise.
I did not include a donation link for this mod as I did for Amnesia: Remastered; I don't think this mod is that impressive, or of such a magnitude that it would need a donation link.
One of the cells has a bar that could be wiggled. If you have the latest version, the bar should glow a bluish color.
Without an error message, I can't figure out much.
You could try reloading any older save from before the Concourse map.
You can only pick up pincers after interacting with the boards (clicking on them). After that you can pick up any pincers anywhere in the map.
Clicking the locked door in Concourse (the one which you have to push out the inserted key from the other side) will give you the ability to pick up either the chisel or the feather pen.
Only place a feather pen can be picked up is in Concourse.
After using the false key acquired from the boarded-up closet, the door can be lock-picked open. Items like chipper, chisel, feather pen all can do the job.
You can pick lock open the door at this point.
Refer to the note found in the East Hall. The note reads "number of pedestals = a"
Be also aware that the puzzle is only optional and not mandatory to proceed.
Hammer & Chipper, Feather Pen and Chisel can all pick locks as well.

Very strange. I'm going to suppose you have installed the custom story as it was supposed to; by placing the "Fleeing Brennenburg" folder inside the "custom_stories" folder.

You need to pick the lock; using either the chisel, feather pen or chipper.
Try not to get over the gap, rather try going around it.
Well yes. As there are six pedestals, that means a=6 in the note. You might be missing something in the Upper Halls tho.
You can finish the game without ever picking up the note. It is an optional puzzle. Focus on the main objectives for now.
You're missing a valve in the small machine room.
Look around the maps. Some areas you might think are inaccessible, may actually be accessible. You may find useful items, notes, or hidden puzzles. There may be multiple solutions to some puzzles, try using equivalent tools to save items for later and so on.
Disable reflections in graphics options.

Change the current value of "SanityLossPerSecond" back to "0.2" or higher if you find the game too easy even with the default settings.
Uncapping the game from 60FPS to 120FPS would fast forward the game by two times the default speed, since the physics are tied to the framerate.
If you have hard time hitting 60FPS read the "REQUIREMENTS" section in the "SUMMARY" (description) of the mod.
Try obtaining a legal copy of the game through steam.
