Atom bomb approaching or Atom bomb detected, I am very sure about the first 2 words, but the 3rd word was fuzzy/muffled so I am unsure. (I remember hearing that when launching an atom bomb on Red Alert 1)

What are those little tanks to the left of the chronotruck and below the nuke truck/mine layer and above the medium tanks?
