I tried this and it worked :)
billboard.fx:
-it needs to be placed from the mod\Terra Nova\ folder into the vanilla EU3\gfx\fx\ folder. if not, then you need to rename the Terra Nova\interface\good.gfx file or replace it with a older TN one.

I got a CDT :(. Fresh installed EU3 Chronicles, with patch 5.1b 07/12/11, and terra nova 14.108. what could it be?
Are you going to make terra nova for divine wind?? I have been playing divine wind for some time now and is pretty stable, but is still not as good as terra nova. You should consider it.
No more core removal for player :), is working fine.... Now there is another little thing, when I hover to the ocean I see a list of navies from other countries ex: 1st navy ( holstein,) red squadron (straits of hover), 2nd navy (akrenim)... just to name a few but the list list way longer... it also says that the area has been patrolled but i dont even have a navy and nobody around has a navy either (Im playing as Taironas in south america)....
