Куда исчезли анимации смерти Думгая? В старых версиях у него было несколько дополнительных анимаций смерти (расчленение, потеря руки, что-то ещё), в новой версии же ничего из этого нет. Как так то? Баг?

Where are DoomGuy death animations? In old versions he has a few extra death animations (gibbing, lose of hand, something else), in the new version there is nothing of all it. How is that? Is this a bug?

Pretty well! I enjoyed it. I can advice you to make more additions/changes in level designs, use stealth monsters and if it is possible add enemies from DooM II. And (also if possible) 1 THOUSAND ENEMIES ON A LEVEL!!!
I'm also creating something like this for DooM 2.
BTW: sorry for bad English, this is not my own language :(

SCP-447 achievement impossible to get because of a bug. But it is fixed in version 5.3.1.

To get an omni-card achievement, you need to get the Omni keycard itself (to logical). But this keycard is difficult to get. The Omni keycard can be obtained, if processing a level 5 keycard in SCP-914 on "Fine" or by processing any level keycard on "Very Fine". But in most cases you will get a mastercard. To increase the chance of getting an omni keycard, you need to have as many achievements as possible.

Spotted a bug with radio: radio, processed on very fine mode in SCP-914 doesn't playing buzz (SFX/Radio/buzz.ogg), which give the password to the Dr. Maynard's office.

Spotted a strange bug: I met SCP-173, seems, in tunnel2. After, I started going away to room4pit, maintaining eye contact with SCP-173. As soon as I entered to room4pit, SCP-173 teleported to me behind, and killed me... What it is? Before version 5.3 this didn't happen!

Supposed bug: room2nuke doesn't spawn on the map. I started a new game 7 times in order to check the spawn of this room. In all 7 saves this room was missing (for comparison: In the previous version I played more than 20 times. And this room has always been spawned). I think it needs to be fixed, because this is one of the most important rooms in the game.
Note: if anything, then to find this room, I used the command teleport room2nuke

When I pick up SCP-447, I don't get achievement. But judging by the description of the achievement from achievementstrings.ini, this achievement should be issued after the pick up of the object.

maybe, add a new factor in custom difficulty? I think need to add two slots. when this factor is activated, there will be 2 slots in the inventory, as in the Thaumiel difficulty.

Not bad. But I think, that fogging of all glass of a gasmask - is weird. It would be more realistic, if only lower part of a gasmask would fogging.

You are about to add "Observation room" signs for SCP-457 and SCP-009 containment chambers. But you forget about SCP-079 containment chamber. I think there also need to add such a sign. Also, I think it is worth adding SCP signs in SCP-008 and SCP-035 containment chambers... In these rooms, the presence of "observation room" signs without SCP signs looks somehow... not beautiful (I know, i'm super perfectionist).

Supposed bug: Sometimes, access to the archive (room1archive) requires a key card of level 0. But it is strange. The archive has documents about SCP-objects. 0 access level is issued to service personnel (for example: janitors), who don't participate in the main activities of the SCP Foundation (and maybe not even know about it!). Considering this, I think that access to the archive must be at least 1 access level.

Also, I think it's worth adding: I know that some documents are freely access. But in one room in the Entrance zone you can find the following note (note682 in game files): "When if find out who's leaving these classified documents lyins around the site I'll feed him to 682". This indicates, that someone specifically leaves the documents in the freely access, and others are clearly dissatisfied of this.

It's not a bug. In the original game (from version 1.3.10), SCP-500-01 no longer heals injuries, only diseases (SCP-008, effect of SCP-966 and others). Or did I misunderstand you?
