Rival Megagun reminds me a Neo-Geo classic that I played long time ago: "Twinkle Star Sprites" had some good ideas that this game get but updated.

Right-click on full exe installer, then press view link in browser. Download starts automatically. Then run executable and enjoy the game ;)

Standalone installer works perfect for me. Desura version still have built in udk stops problem.

I have the same problem: when I try to run the game, that message appears. I use windows 7 64 bits.
