That's actually the best description I've seen so far of how stupid copyright laws are, I'm still wondering how WB got rights to video games when video games didn't exist back then.

Hey guess what? I haven't bought Lego Lord of the Rings and hopefully no one else who signed the petition has either, so that's around 23k ppl so far that hopefully haven't bought WB game so, the PC version $30 and the console version is around $50, so, $30 and that times 23k is around $690,000 plus tax.

lol, wait how did they get rights to video games in the first place if Tolkien died b4 any video games existed, or at least not any Lord of the Rings games?

what doesn't make sense is J.R.R. Tolkien died in 1973, I don't think there were any Lord of the Rings video games back then, so how do they have rights to the video games?

I'm still playing Nehrim, I can't wait for Enderal though :D, SureAI is doing a great job so far, and has done great on previous projects as well.

If you are going to get on a mod page, especially since this is a Lord of the Rings mod for Skyrim, and talk trash about a imaginary world that is epically awesome, and lots of time and effort was put into it. BTW if you are gonna use the English language correctly, and no, I'm not a grammar nazzi.

Another reason Warner Bros. is trying to shut this down, is because their games cost $60 bucks for a couple weeks, and by a couple months cost $20, Bethesda games like Oblivion and Morrowind now cost $20 after over six years, and Skyrim is still at $60 after a almost a year. Why? because Bethesda has a large community because their games can be modded, and overall are of higher quality.
