Question for anyone that has played Misery before, I poked at the Last Day Mod pack and so far have found it to be good. One thing that I'm confused about is in Misery you need a UPD to use nightvision/headlamp. But I can't find any vendors that sell them, and after buying one, my head lamp just works on its own. Is there a new power thingy I'm just blind and missing?

Hey Jasper34, in Misery 2.2 will there finally be a way to fix found weapons that are below 25%, maybe with the weapon parts that can be made with dismantling weapons? I ask because I started a 2.1.1 playthough as the Sniper on Black Road, and after finally stabbing all the zombies with hit and runs I come across a dead stalker by the road with a SKS-45 (Modern) with 2 per-purchaced upgrades and some ammo for it (about 20ish rounds). It's health shows as 4-15 bars when equipped but even a "no less then 25%" repair kit won't repair it. And that reminded me of the earlier playthough I did of misery and that was one of my biggest problems with it, there needs to be a way to get gear past 25% so that you can repair it with kits, and Dismantled guns sounds like the best way to do this

So by saying im safe to start a new play though you mean that 2.1.1 saves should/will work fine in 2.2? if so then im totally going to jump back in, I recently played AA for SoC so my wife could watch me and enjoy the story. I skipped CS, never been a fan of that one, plus no really good overhauls that are similar to AA or Misery

I also want to know this, I haven't played Misery in a long time, and I'd rather not start up a 2.1.1 game and get invested only to soon have to redo all my work in 2.2

Is there going to be an update to NHC to support the new version?
Also will there be a new combiner for EF v1.8, since EF no longer supports retail versions?
