The problem is that the author of the Titanium Wars mod (GrOrc) did not give official permission to use his mod for third-party modifications (and this is reasonable, since the mod is still under development). If GrOrc decides to change the size of the units in own mod - he will do it himself. Now it turns out that "Titanium War rescale" duplicate the page of the official Titanium Wars mod and this is not correct.

Bloodline mod is an independent game with completely modified files, so other race mods cannot be easily connected to the BL. Also, we don't support and don't welcome additional modifications to the BL, since this is not the final version and we working hard on it. The exception was the project "Echo Of Heresy", which at first was 99% of Bloodline and 1% of the developments of the Echo team. It has a mod with additional races.
