I am considering adding inquisitors as Sardaukar replacement for Harkonnen high-tech tier. One of the reasons is that I want to make Sardaukar unique to the Emperor faction. As for unit mechanics, I have an idea that I don't want to reveal too soon, as it might be something that sounds good on paper, but just won't be playable. If it turns out bad I can always replace his weapon with a flamethrower or something.
As for the civilians they don't have any function, they were just created for the campaign. I hope I will add a mission with them some day.

Hi! All the major changes I wanted for version 1.0.0 are already done.
Working on the trailer, it takes a bit longer than I expected. But, I plan to release the mod by June 30th whether or not I finish the trailer.
Found the cause and fixed it! :)
The installers will be temporarily not available. I accidentally broke backward compatibility on download servers while making some changes for 1.0.0. Sorry for inconvenience

- Does it display an error message?
- What OS version you use?
- Does the original OpenRA version of Dune work properly? I am specifically interested if the sounds are present in the game?
Thank you for your kind words. My current plan with this mod is to enhance the single-player experience by introducing a campaign for the smuggler faction. Only after that do I want to start working on the next vermin faction.
It is already done. I have just posted installers for the beta version.
