can you make " economic warfare " so that there will be like a another race between the communist and capitalist, not just military ?

Uhm..Little Help here please !
So I don't mind about the map bug so much, cause it provide for Jianzhou (Qing's formable country) some colonies in Oceania, but I suggest that we should fix this.
So the main problem is as I saved the game and quit to the desktop, the next day I cannot continue to play my saved game, it crashed to the desktop and that's really annoyed me cause I missed my very good chance of ruling Manchu in this gameplay (we nearly able to beat Ming). Is there any way we can do to solve this save game's bug ? Many time I started new game. :((((
